About Ksena McCoy, FNP-C

Ksena McCoy is a Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in the medical field. Her healthcare career began as a Patient Care Technician at Memorial Health of Savannah while attending nursing school, graduating as a registered nurse in 2004. She worked as a dedicated bedside nurse for a decade before returning to earn her master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner, graduating in 2016 from Armstrong State University — now Georgia Southern University’s Savannah campus.

Throughout her career in internal medicine, dermatology, and wound care, Ksena consistently sought to integrate a whole-body approach into her patient care, even within the framework of conventional medicine. She valued looking beyond symptoms to explore how diet, environmental exposures, and nutrient deficiencies could be underlying drivers of illness.

Her passion for hormone health grew out of her own personal experience with infertility. She understands that hormones are not isolated — they are deeply interconnected with every facet of wellness, from metabolic health to mental clarity. This insight shapes her functional and integrative medicine practice today, where she focuses on uncovering root causes and restoring balance to help patients thrive.

Outside of her practice, Ksena enjoys spending time with her husband, their two children, three dogs, and one cat. She loves being outdoors, whether immersed in nature or simply enjoying moments with her family.

About Jessica Donnelly, LAc

Jessica is a Board-Certified Acupuncture Physician and is licensed in both Florida and Georgia. She graduated cum laude from Florida College of Integrative Medicine where she received a bachelor's degree in professional health studies and a master’s degree in Oriental Medicine.

She is passionate about encouraging whole body healing & wellness, with a strong emphasis on balancing the mind body and spirit through the use of Traditional Chinese Medicine & integrative therapies.

She is trained in additional adjunct therapies including, auricular acupuncture, the MEI Zen technique and the NADA protocol, with certifications in Acupuncture Injection Therapy and Neuro Emotional Technique.

Practicing since 2008, Jessica has clinical experience treating a variety of ailments & disorders with a strong focus on women & children.

Jessica is married with three children. She enjoys spending time with family, playing in the ocean, listening to live music and trying to new foods.

About Kirsten McLean

Kirsten is the friendly face and helping hand that keeps Rise Health running smoothly. At 22, she is currently pursuing her studies in aesthetics, driven by her passion for skincare and overall wellness. With two years of experience in a medical setting, she brings both professionalism and genuine compassion to every patient interaction.

Outside of work, Kirsten’s heart belongs to her family, her supportive long-term boyfriend, and the many animals she can’t resist rescuing. When she’s not at the clinic, you’ll find her spending time with loved ones or snuggled up with her pets. Her warmth, dedication, and love for helping others make her an invaluable part of the Rise Health team.
